BURNS AND BURN SCARS

Dr Rob is a specialist in burns surgery, having worked and trained at the Royal Adelaide Burns Unit, The Women’s & Children’s Hospital Burns Service, and the Royal Children's Hospital Burns Service.

Burns are one of the commonest acquired conditions affecting children, and fortunately are most often minor. 

Acute burns should be referred to an emergency department with the capacity to look after children, and from there, they will be linked in to the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Burns Service.
